Trash Disposal Guidelines

To ensure a clean and pleasant stay for everyone, please click the “+” on the resort you are staying at below to expand and view your location’s specific trash disposal rules. Following these guidelines helps us maintain the high standards of cleanliness and environmental responsibility we strive for.

Bellavida Resort Trash disposal:

During your stay, you must use the front door trash bin to dispose of trash between 8:00 to 9:00 am ONLY (properly bagged and tied in trash bags – no stores’ bags). If the bin is full, please use the dumpster located at Alberto Cr. (make sure the garbage completely goes into the compressor – i.e. side door).

– Never leave trash outside the bin (house) or the dumpster.
– Failure to comply may result in a $100 fine.
– Improperly bagged or loose trash will not be collected by the resort HOA.

Champions Gate Resort Valet Trash Services Are Scheduled Sunday to Saturday 7 days a week.

-Please place your trash in the provided brown waste bin outside the home by 9:00 AM every morning.
– Removal of trash placed out after collection will be collected the following day.
– NO LOOSE TRASH, all trash needs to be placed within a trash bag, up to 50 lbs.
– All boxes are to be broken down, bundled, and placed beside the waste bin.
– Never leave trash outside the bin (house) or the dumpster.
– Failure to comply may result in a $100 fine.
– Improperly bagged or loose trash will not be collected by the resort HOA.

Compass Bay Resort Trash Rules

-Trash must be bagged and tied in a 14-in gallon trash bag, and placed at the compactors that are located close to the resort gate.
-Please DO NOT put the bags outside the home or during the night to avoid the wild animals going through the trash.
– Failure to comply may result in a $100 fine.

– Never leave trash outside the bin (house).

Yellow Bin: Monday morning
Black Bin: Tuesday morning

Please place your trash in the designated waste bin outside the home by their respective collection days (see days listed above).
– Never leave trash outside the bin (house) or the dumpster. It is prohibited.
– Improperly bagged or loose trash will not be collected by the resort HOA.
– Failure to comply may result in a $100 fine.

– Removal of trash placed out after collection will be collected the following day.
– NO LOOSE TRASH, all trash needs to be placed within a 14-gallon trash bag.
– Never leave trash outside the bin (house) or the dumpster.
– Failure to comply may result in a $100 fine.
– Improperly bagged or loose trash will not be collected by the resort HOA.
