Benefits of Vacation Home vs. Hotel
Our vacation homes provide the spaciousness and amenities you need to feel right at home. With fully equipped kitchens, laundry facilities and the option of a private pool/spa and BBQ grill, our homes provide convenience and privacy you simply cannot get at a hotel. Most of our homes also include resort-style perks such as beach-entry pools and fitness facilities.
Is online booking secure?
We use a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you make a booking. All supplied information is encrypted and transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, keeping access strictly limited to authorized personnel only.
Can I take my pet with me?
Dogs up to 55 lbs are only allowed upon prior approval. If approved, we charge a fee of $120+tax per dog (maximum of two dogs).
How do I book a home?
You can make a reservation directly on our website. Simply enter your travel dates and number of guests on the home page and click the search button to find the perfect home! You can also call our office at 407-777-2224 and an agent will be happy to assist you.
What supplies are provide?
Each property comes with toiletries and laundry detergent, as well as paper towels, sponge and dish soap for the kitchen. If supplied items run out, guests are responsible for acquiring additional supplies. Provided appliances and cookware include: refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, blender, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, washer & dryer, and iron/ironing board.
Is there daily housekeeping?
Although daily housekeeping is not included in the base rental rate, it can be requested for an additional fee. For rates and more information, please contact us.
Is smoking allowed at the property?
Smoking is not allowed on any of our properties. If you smoke on the property, an additional $500+tax cleaning fee will apply.
Is there free parking at the resorts?
Yes. Each of our properties comes with free parking. Please consult the details of each property to check the number of spaces included and if the spaces are reserved or shared (first come, first served).
